Placing your order
All orders are placed and processed securely through our online shop at ponyabc.co.uk. As soon as you order, you'll receive an order confirmation email.
UK delivery
We send UK orders from London with Evri or Royal Mail.
- Standard delivery: £4.99 — FREE on orders of £50 and over
- Express delivery: £6.99

Tracking your parcel
When your order is on its way, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel with Evri or Royal Mail. Can't find it? Please check your spam or junk folder, or log in to your account on ponyabc.co.uk to see your order status.
Taxes and duties by destination
What you pay depends on where your order is going. Please check your country here before you order.
Tax and duties are included in the price. There is nothing more to pay on delivery:
United Kingdom, Austria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
Tax and duties are not included. The carrier collects them from the person receiving the parcel, on delivery:
Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czechia, Finland, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Israel, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, New Zealand, Poland, Romania, Singapore, Slovenia, South Korea and the United Arab Emirates. The amount is set by the destination country, not by us, and the carrier may add its own handling fee.
Every product page also shows which of the two applies to you, based on the country you have selected.
Which carrier we use
Royal Mail is our main carrier. Where Royal Mail cannot be used, we may send your order with an equivalent carrier instead — for example Evri in the UK, or UPS or DHL for Canada. For the countries where tax and duties are included in the price, those duties stay paid by us whichever carrier carries the parcel, so there is still nothing to pay on delivery.
International delivery
We send international orders from London with Royal Mail International Tracked. The price depends on the total weight of your order and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Duties and taxes included (17 countries)
For these countries, import VAT, duties and customs fees are already included in the product prices and shipping price you see at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery. Because of this, product prices shown for these countries are higher than UK prices. Any discount code reduces the price you pay, including the tax part.

All other countries we deliver to
For all other countries, import duties, taxes and any carrier handling fees are charged by the destination country on delivery and are paid by the recipient. These are not included in our shipping price.

Orders over 17 kg and other countries
For orders over 17 kg, or to send to a country not listed above, please email marketing@ponyabc.co.uk before ordering and we'll send you a quote.
United States
We are not currently able to ship to the United States through our online store. Please email marketing@ponyabc.co.uk.
Delivery times outside the UK vary by country and are shown at checkout where available.
Please check your address
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away at marketing@ponyabc.co.uk and we'll do our best to update it before your order is sent.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is late, hasn't arrived, shows as delivered but you haven't received it, or arrives damaged, please email marketing@ponyabc.co.uk with your order number (and photos if anything is damaged). We'll look into it with the courier and help put things right. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Discount coupons and events
We often hand out discount coupons at exhibitions and events, and run special activities from time to time. Enter your code in the "Discount code" box at checkout. Sign up to our newsletter at the bottom of our homepage to hear about our next event first!
